If 88ft discovers or is notified that a registered account belongs to a person under the age of 21, the following actions will be taken immediately and without exception:

• The account will be permanently suspended and closed.
• All funds deposited by the underage account holder will be returned to the original payment method, net of any amounts already wagered.
