By accessing the 88ft website at 88ft.club, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming any promotional bonus, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to comply with them unconditionally. 88ft's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall in no event exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your 88ft account at the time the claim arises. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude 88ft's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by 88ft's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Either you or 88ft may terminate your account at any time. You may close your 88ft account by contacting our support team via live chat. 88ft reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:

Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising any statutory consumer rights available to you under applicable law in your jurisdiction that cannot be waived by contract.

88ft reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time in response to changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, platform features, or operational policies. The most current version of these Terms and Conditions will always be available at 88ft.club/terms-conditions and will display the effective date at the top of the document.

Where an amendment is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a player — 88ft will provide advance notification via email to your registered address or via a prominent in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect. Non-material amendments may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the 88ft platform after any amendment has taken effect constitutes your full acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
